LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST
We are looking for a LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST
Our Client is a multinational company, which is representing a likeable brand in the Oil industry.
- The office is located in Budapest +1 day home office/week(max)
- Attractive base salary
Responsibilities:
- Monitor oil & gas market, improve risk policy, analyse and suggestion of hedge opportunities
- Identify focus areas, propose measures and evaluate impacts
- Take part in business developments, modeling tasks, financial due diligence
- Establish an advanced management reporting system,
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
- Coordinate and participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes, taking into account management expectations, consolidation and analysis of data,
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a team of 3
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in managing a team
- Fluency in English
- Strong database management skills
- IFRS knowledge is an advantage
